Remember that's the rank when only January's performance is considered for everyone and as expected everyone will try to improve their score.
Now coming to the point , what college can you expect at this rank :- So, if you look at previous years trends then , there's no college you can expect if you're from other state. But you have 70-80% chance that you could get a college if you have home state advantage . Check out your state .
