Most reputed mba colleges don't accept students below 50% aggregate since the eligibility criteria for appearing in CAT is atleast an aggregate of 50%( 45% for ST, SC , PWD).  But you apply for MAT instead of looking up for aome private institutes. A pass in graduation or in final year of bachelor's degree is the minimum eligibility criteria to appear in May MAT 2021. To appear for MAT exam 2021 in May, you must have obtained recognized bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration or equivalent in any discipline.
