School of Planning and Architecture(SPA)Delhi, is one of the best colleges for architechture and planning.According to 2018 cutoff the closing rank for B.Arch general category was 414, while that of SC was 52,ST 34 and OBC 205.The closing rank for B.planning for general category was 978,SC was 101,ST was 100,OBC was 485. Although for disabled people there had been a very small leverage/benefit but that extends to 5 - 10 ranks. 

The cutoff for 2019 is expected to remain almost the same but nothing hasn`t yet been declared.

Please dont feel down and to improve your chances subsequently apply at other colleges also.Hope that you get a good college of your choice.
