At 361 you may get the chance  in any of the round
As this year  cutoff goes higher than last year  also
The no. Of candidates participating in exam are more therefore the completion will gone very high .
In state  like up where the cutoff level goes  upto on and on .
Still you can get admission  just try for the other Medical courses also .

as you have mentioned that you belong to SC category and your score is 361.

although it is very difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.

but looking at the cutoff of the past few years and observing the trend, sorry to but your score is low to get addmission in government college.

however, you can get addmission in private colleges

Ad per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have less chance of getting government medical college in uttarpradesh state.

Last year the lowest cutoff for the sc candidate marks was 372 and this year was said it will increase little bit, so less chance of getting government medical college.
