I have secured 385 marks in neet 2019 will I get a government college in karnataka. I am open category student.

With a score of 385 that too belonging in the UR Category your chances of grabbing a seat in any of the Govt. Medical Colleges in Karnataka seems to be quite bleak.
Owing to this year's excessive competition, I guess your rank might just be near about 1.35 lakhs.
As per the stats of 2018, the cutoff rank in Karnataka for the UR Category was near about 1.04 lakhs in Kodagu Institute of Medical Science.
This makes your chances of procuring the seat quite tough, friend.
