I would say Yes. There is a great possibility that your placement will be impacted because of this score. But it really doesn't mean that you can't get placed with this percentage. If you manage to score well in your graduation then you will be placed by the recruiters. But I think you should gain some skills or you do some internships so that you might be able to compensate your low score. It totally depends upon the recruiters whether they want to select you or not.

But remember one thing, in many Universities Administration doesn't allow that Candidates to participate in the placement process just because of their low score.
