If I consider the previous year data .Then you have very  good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in uttar pradesh  through state quota .Previous year ,minimum marks required for a general candidate was 469 for Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow.if you are from a reserved category then it would be like icing on the cake.
Since you have score decwnt marks so you can also get a good government college through all india college.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
