For Calculating intermediate weightage - your 12th marks appox 410 so 410*25/600 = 17.08.Your 12th marks contribution in EAMCET is 17.08 and rest 75% weightage of EAMCET marks out of 160.

After getting your EAMCET marks you can calculate total marks including your 12th marks.

Dear, this is the standard formula used by EAMCET its, not about your total number of subject that is 500. As per the Eamcet standard, your 12 marks is multiplied by 25 and divided by 600.
