In IP colleges u can get admission with donation also so I would advice go for maharaja agarasen Cs with donation

But u can get northern college CSE or bhagvan parshuram college IT or MAHARAJA SURAJMAL ECE OR MAHARAJA AGRASEN EEE AT THIS RANK
