Hello, you can apply for Jossa counseling because there is no cutoff of Percentile system in Jossa counseling. Your chances of getting any good Nit , IIIT ,good Gfti are very less. Because cutoff of these colleges are very high. But cutoff changes every year. There are some Gfti in Jossa counseling like Gurukul Kangri Haridwar, Assam University, Tejpur University, may be you can get some branches in them but you have to apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling. Apply for other states government and private colleges which takes admission on the basis of  Jee mains. Refer to the link it would definitely help you out in finding colleges based on your rank

you have to score more than the cutoff marks to be eligible for josaa counselling .but as per your jee mains percentile it is unlikely you are qualified for josaa counselling as your cutoff percentile less . but hey! you  have got pretty good marks in boards so why can't you try some good colleges which takes admissions on the merit basis
