As per your information, we can calculate the rank from percentile based on the below formula 

Rank = [No. of students taking exam * (1-(your percentile/100))] +1

In the same way we can expect our rank from percentile from the same formula.

Percentile depends on no  of students giving the exam so its not same as percentage. So getting a clear marks is a bit difficult. 

But your percentile is quite good enough to give u seat in whichever college you want. 

You can sit for counseling and hopfully you can get it easily.
