Greetings from Careers360. Dear, if you have solved even 50 questions correctly, then you'll be having a score of 200 which will make your rank nearly 40k. Even after solving 50 questions correctly, you don't stand a chance practically to get into a government college of UP. Hope it answered your query. Good luck :)
