Dear Aspirant,

In such a case, you can only apply for that state's 85% seats of which you possess a valid state Domicile certificate. In case you have a valid Domicile of Kerala, then Kerala is your home state. If you have Domicile of Andhra Pradesh, then AP is your home state. If there is any other provision of showing that you belong to a particular state, then you can avail such provision.

It doesn't really depend upon the region of the school or college from where you have studied. It depends on your origin and I believe deep down I think you know which state you belong to- whether you are a Malayali or a Telugu.

I hope this information helps you in the way that it is meant to be.
