my daughter studied upto 1st to 10th at Telangana state only inter studied at AP parents residing at only telangana for neet local telangana can we claim..or not..

Hi aspirant,
To avail the benefits of home state reservation one need to fulfill any of the following set of criteria:
- The student should be a native citizen of that particular state having a authenticate proof of it (domicile certificate).
- The student must have completed his/her secondary or higher secondary education from an institution in the state which is also recognized by the government.
- Parents must be working in any government or private institution for at least seven years in that particular state.
Since she completed 10th and also have birth certificate from the Telangana, she can appear for neet local reservation.
