Supreme court of India allows OCI citizens to apply for counselling under general category AIQ state quota and NRl quota.you have to decide in which category you get most benefit.if you apply in AIQ then you face lot of competition but you have to pay low fees or you can apply under NRI quota with less competition and high fees. If you have high marks go for AIQ.
