No. There's no need to submit your EBC certificate if you've submitted income certificate for document verification. Income certificate is almost similar to EBC certificate if you're applying for fee reimbursement or for scholarship. See, whether it is income certificate or white ration card or EBC certificate, these financial documents are same in nature because these all shows the proof of your economical condition of your family and there it mentioned everything related to annual income, land owning etc.
