Yes ypu can make corrections to it.
There will be a correction window that will open up after a fee days.

Yes you will be able to correct the photograph or signature during the correction window. Besides that it's also mentioned in NEET 2018 information bulletin that you will also be intimated about the correction in photograph through SMS or email on registered mobile number and email id.

You will be able to make correction by logging into your account.
