Hi,

Don't worry, dial the CBSE helpline number provided by CBSE on their official website and tell them about your issue. They might ask for your account number to cross-check the transaction or any kind of proof that the transaction happened. You can also let them know about it by sending a screenshot of your deducted balance and the transaction ID too.

i already did it but they aren't taking any action and deadline of this form is tommorrow. so should I pay fees again or not?
