see it  would not be a problem to apply for bsc courses in colleges of kolkata which mostly are affiliated by calcutta university, however you must have the eligibility criteria to fulfill according to college advertisements. now generally colleges like andrews college garia, ashutosh college, netaji subhas day colleges deduct 5% marks for each of year drops, so since you have passed the 12th course 2 years back, your 10% marks would be deducted, but again it depends on college norms. I suggest you to check the official notifications before applying. since number of applicants is large, there is less chances for securing demanding bsc courses like mathematics, chemistry, physics, zoology etc., however you may apply for interdisciplinary subjects like electronics science, bio chemistry, biotechnology etc.

Surely you can if you fulfill age criteria and the college you are applying doesn't have bar on education gap. You haven't specified any college in which you are seeking admission. Before taking admission you need to check the eligibility criteria and ensure that you are fulfilling it only then you can get admission in that college.
