Dear aspirant 

The college which you have chosen has not a very good number of placement records. The average salary package offered is 1.5 lac to 3 lac. On campus placement is also not very good. According to your WB Jee rank, you can opt for other colleges like Jadavpur University or Haldia institute of technology and there are other options also available based on your rank.

But if you are satisfied with the placement record of your chosen college then it is also suitable.

You can go for many good colleges with your rank like Heritage, Techno, Narula and many more. I'am not saying that Pailan College of Management and Technology is not good but comparing with these colleges it is not that great. Placements in our college are average. Almost 25% of the students in our batch got placed. The salary package offered ranges from 1.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Most of the pool campus drives are organised. Students are taken to different pool campus exams and interviews. but dont worry its all depends on students. do well in academics and extracurricular for getting placed in top companies.
