If you also have Physics, chemistry along with the applied mathematics and the other subjects as well, then you can definitely give JEE mains examination. You also have to study Physics, and Chemistry for JEE mains as the JEE mains exam consists of 3 Subjects only - Physics, chemistry and Mathematics.
