Yes, you can migrate from SOL to any regular college under D.U in the second and third years or B.A(Hons) but not in the first year.

Two things are important : available seats in the respective college you wish to take admission and the merit criteria - mostly a first class and no backs in the first year. An approval from Academic Council of the University is a must on individual merit basis.

And remember it is possible only in second or third year of the course not in first year.
