Well it depends on a lot of things. Whether you have signed a agreement or not? Whether the college demands a fee for leaving the course. Sometimes you have to pay a amount and then only you can leave. The medical education is very intensive so once you enter a lot of resources are at stake. So you need to be clear with everything before leaving.
