Well I don't know why you have taken multimedia as your optional subject but let me tell you that if by chance you get a feeling to enter the media field then you can persue course in media too.

And as you have mentioned that your interest lies in computer field and MBA then the best possible option for you is that you can go for BCA/BBA AND later MCA and MBA.Though you will have to choose either one of them as both are different fields.

MBA(masters in business administration) is a different field and its all about various areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and statistics and many.

Whereas, if you want to enter the computer and related field then you can opt for BCA(bachelor in computer application) where you will get all the ideas and will learn everything that's required for you to enter the technology field and after that you can do a masters degree by doing MCA(master in computer applications) and after that you will get your desired job.

So,now you know everything about both the fields and its up to you that what you choose and you want study further.Remember its a decision of you life and career and a career is life so be very cautious and choose what's best for you according to your interest and willingness to put anything on line for that.
