Hello,

Yes, you are eligible for JEE Main .

Students who have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class 12 can apply for JEE Main, even if Biology is also one of their subjects. Since you have taken Maths as an optional subject along with PCB, you meet the eligibility criteria.

Just make sure you appeared or are appearing for the Class 12 board exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects.

Hope it helps !

Hello,

Yes, you are eligible for JEE Main since you have taken Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class 12. The Biology subject will not affect your eligibility as long as you have Mathematics as one of your optional subject.

However, admission to BE./BTech courses will be based only on your Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics scores.

Hope you understand.

Hello,

Yes, you are eligible for the JEE Main exam, and you can take it with PCB and Mats as an optional subject, but you will not be eligible for the engineering programs at NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs. To get admission into an engineering course, you need to have passed Class 12 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics as compulsory subjects. Here in this article you will find more info about JEE Main eligibility.

I hope it will clear your query!!

Hello,

Yes, you’re eligible for JEE Mains because you studied Mathematics along with Physics and Chemistry in Class 12. Even though Math was optional for you, it still meets the exam’s requirement, which is meant for students with those three core subjects. Just be sure Mathematics appears on your official marksheet right there beside Physics and Chemistry.

Thank you

Hello,

Yes you are eligible to write the JEE MAINS examination with PCB + M as eligibility criteria for JEE MAINS is, students should pass their 10+2 examination with mathematics as one of their subjects, even if it is not your main/core subject. You'll be required to attempt the mathematics section in the exam.

Hi there,

Your optional subject is maths, which fulfills the requirement to appear in both the JEE Mains and JEE Advanced exam, so yes, you are eligible for the JEE Mains exam. But with that, you should have to score a minimum 75% in your 12th boards and 65% if you fall into the SC or ST category.

Hope it helps!!!
