Yes you can take biotechnology through pcm but DS is also good

So the eligiblity criteria for admission to biotech branch is that u should have passed  12th HSC  with subjects like physics,chemistry,biology and Maths with an aggregate of 50%. But do check the college site in which you want your admission for more exact details .
