Yes you can apply for mht cet in next year there is no such age limit for exam you should only be only passed in cbse 12 exam.

Yes you are eligible for mhtcet examination dear. You can drop one year and prepare yourself. But remind one thing dear if you are wants to drop then you should strong your mentally. Because so many difficulties are coming but you have strong and just prepared for yourself.
