Your caste certificate from the state of Telangana is applicable for getting any opportunities are the advantages of scholarship from the state of Telangana only. If your cast certificates is approved by the Central list of cast brochure then for getting any scholarship, opportunities or  advantages interms of College admission scholarship or job in any state of India. As you are belongs to other state then if you want to get any opportunities from that  state then you have a caste certificate from central list of cast brochure.
