Dear Eha,

State domicile can be identified only with your Aadhaar card or family ration card. I think that you would have you address as Uttar Pradesh in both the cards. So you will be able to apply for state domicile in Uttar Pradesh only and not in Delhi. Studying 11th and 12th in a state does not matter.
