Khushboo, first things first, you will not be able to make any changes to your uploaded images unless notified by NTA. NTA has mentioned that name and date are mandatory on the photograph. This year the checks will be little stricter and you may receive a notification asking you to re upload the photograph with name and date. Or you might not. But this is not one of the reasons why your application will be rejected. If NTA feels the photograph needs to be changes, you will receive a notification at your registered email and mobile no# and only then you can make the changes.

It's necessary that both the passport and postcard size photos have dates on it as the date should not be earlier that 1st sep 2019. But don't worry you will get to change it in the correction window if your photo doesn't meet the requirement. Do correct it if you be notified by NTA through the valid email id or phone number given by you.

Name and date is not compulsory you just have to upload your photo with 100-200 kb and it should be clear with no edit,goggles, extra effects etc,thus you definitely don't need to change your photo on your form.
