Actually you have misplaced your signature without giving it right in proper alloted space ,and to avoid further misunderstanding your form is going to be rejected .For better queries you can contact their helpline.They will inform you about correction window chance where you can correct your form

No your form will not be rejected. you can correct it in correction window period after the last date of online submission
