You can join for the MBA counseling with the marksheet you have if you are eligible as the rules for the minimum marks criteria of the channel, and if you get the college you desire you can submit the revised marksheet in the institution after the admission.

But if you are not eligible for the counseling due to your marksheet you can try contacting the counseling authority and tell them your problem or you can email the counseling authority with you mark sheet snap copy (picture) and the tell them exactly the date on which your revised result will be coming or if it is already out you can attach the softcopy of it and hope that the authorities allow you to take the part in counseling.
