see to appear in semester exams it is necessary to fill the exam form and pay the exam fees as well by reviewing the university website under which you are enrolled for any ug or pg courses. however most of the university has late fee scheme , where you need to pay the exam fees with late payment charges. so check your university website once again or you may contact with college officials or HOD of the department to know in details.
