If you have lost your ca foundation registration number, you can get it back through E-mail. There are only two ways to get the number back, either online or with the help of the helpline number provided by ICIA. Regarding email, you must check your mail and spam folder also. ICAI has sent you a mail regarding your registration number. However, if you do not have it then contact ICAI, mail them regarding it, they will revert to you soon.
