In order to get into NIT , one must qualify JEE and GATE. Don't give up, u have 2 chances more .. work harder for GATE 2019 and do your best.! Good luck!

The answer is No.

Admission to IITs/NIT are completely based on JEE Mains&Advance and GATE.

Without qualifying the GATE, you are not eligible to get into NITs and IITs but if you want you can try for state and private colleges. but you will not get stipend by HRD Ministry.
