You can not say that one is tougher than the other. On the other hand you cam say that both the courses are different and unique in their own ways. If you are interested in a particular field and have a passion to learn more about it, the that course will not be tough for you. So go for one that is of interest to you and you will enjoy studying it.

The Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & AH) is a five years undergraduate course focuses primarily on veterinary anatomy, veterinary physiology and biochemistry, and livestock production and management.

MBBS that is Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery is a 5.5-years long UG course and teaches you about  Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pathology, Microbiology, and many others.
