I have also facing the same problem.
I have even paid for btech 2018 admission but my application is not opening in the "track status".
I tried to contact officials 100 times but no response from them. what shall i do?

Pls contact the Manipal admission office. Do you have a copy of the application form after submission? There will be an application number. Check your email also. There will be a confirmation mail from them. so contact them and ask for help. They revert back promptly. If you still have problems, write to us and we shall get back.
