Well, yes it might be problematic because you were asked to upload your thumb impression in the first place because it did not meet the set guidelines. Now if you haven't uploaded the thumb impression for whatsoever reasons, the not meeting guidelines part still remains the same. Now you need to wait to hear from NBE for any communication.
