Photograph for uploading in the application of NEET 2019 has to meet certain specifications like,
Photograph should be between 10kb to 200kb.
Photograph should be in white colour background
Photograph should not polaroid or computer generated
Photograph should not be digitally edited or manipulated, de-shaped.
If you are not able to upload your photo, check if your photo meets the above mentioned specification.

Below are the points you need to take care for uploading the photo.
1. it should be under 100 kb.
2. With white background.
3. With name and date of photo taken (only after 01/01/2018).
4. In jpeg/jpg format.
Only then it will be accepted.
no its not necessary to upload the pic in school dress.
It's not compulsory to upload your school photo. But you need to take care of few things regarding photo upload : the size of the photo should be between 10 Kb to 100 Kb, your photo should have white background with your name mentioned below and the date when the photograph is taken.
