First of all congratulations for the rank. Based on the rank you have obtained, even though you belong to the OBC category I am very sorry to tell you that you might have a less chances to make it into the college. As per the previous years cut off, the required cut off rank to make it into IHM, Mumbai for OBC candidate is between 4000-5000 approximately. But don't lose your hope and keep trying through various counselling sessions.
