Hi aspirant

For being eligible for JEE mains 2020 you should have passed class 12 in 2018,19 or be appearing in 2020.

Candidates those have passed class 12 before 2018 are not eligible for giving jEE mains.

Also, another eligiblity criteria is that you need to score at least 75% in class 12 or be in top 20% in class 12 in their respective boards.

And for JEE Advance 2020

Candidates should have passed class 12 in 2019 or be appearing in 2020 , candidates before 2019 are not eligible.

Now, since you are studying in 1st year in srm college you can definitely apply for JEE if you satisfy above criteria
