Hi,

You can do your Bachelor of Arts in Kathak from the open university IGNOU. here is the link to the official website of the IGNOU Bachelor of Arts course in Kathak page - http://rckolkatta.ignou.ac.in/programmes/detail/656/2

The other option of open university is Akhil Bharatiya Gandhrava MahaVidyalaya Mandal, Miraj (ABGMVM) University.
