As you have completed your class 12 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science, you cannot go for NEET even if you do Diploma in Naturology.
The eligibility criteria for NEET states that candidates need to be passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with 50% aggregate marks( 45% for PWD, 40% for SC/ST). Candidates need to be at least 17 years of age as on December 31 of that specific year.
You even if you complete diploma in nautrology, you cannot be considered eligible for NEET. You can pass Biology as a separate subject from NIOS. Know more about it here: https://medicine.careers360.com/exams/neet
