If you have passed 10+2 from NIOS 9r any other government recognisee board then yes you are eligible to get admission in Btech. You can appear in different entrance exam as well. It just that the board you have passed from must have to be government recognised.

Yes you could, provided you have valid Transfer Certificate from State Govt., Intermediate Board, with minimum 10+2 academic years to your credit.Colleges mostly prefer “regular stream” applicants, yet, if you have an excellent score in “open stream”, you would be selected suject to availability of seat in the course of your choice.
