I suppose you are talking about WES process.
My advise would be to contact WES support services or either contact your university because universities send letter to the these agencies for their validation of degree
In case you do not receive information about this kind of letter then you cannot apply thorough WES so choose any another agency for your credentials assessment.
Mostly WES will do the assessment from Mahamaya Technical University Degree.
In case of long distance course, the degree is awarded by distance learning then WES will give it a non-recognized equivalency so you will not be able to claim the points for this.
Many other agencies are available so you can try another one also rather then WES
