No,the attendance of class 12 is not required for appearing in NEET and AIIMS exams. The attendance are important only for boards. The attendance is important for writing boards exams. you also get marks for attendance in boards. And if your attendance is not good you wont be allowed to sit for boards exams.

attendance dont affect your chance of sitting for neet and aiims exams.
