Laminating your 12th mark sheet without your signature may cause issues during admission. Most institutions require Original documents and Self-attested copies (with candidate's signature).

However, you can reach to the place where you got your marksheet laminated and he can help with removing the lamination. You can sign it and get it laminated once again
