You might need your Transfer Certificate for your own future personal references but if you are appearing for MHT CET and want to secure a seat in MHT CET, then you do not need the TC from the other Engineering College. This is because you are appearing for MHT CET on the basis of your 12th qualification and not your Engineering qualification.
