They just declared that the application forms will be available for download on 21st

Same thing has happened to me as well. I do have my original admit card the one that got verified at the time of cet exam and receipt.

I tried mailing IBPS if they can send me a copy but they literally shut me off by replying "Application Reprint Last Day is Over"

I have mailed CET Cell as well waiting for their response.

It shouldn't cause any problem as you still retain your Admit card and payment receipt. In case, you require it sometime in future, you can contact officials of Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra who can help you out.
