The only way for you is to obtain a duplicate of the original class 10th marksheet which you can use during the NEET counselling stating that you've lost the original one.

You'll need to fill an application form for the respective board, for CBSE you can fill it at cbse.nic.in/faq/dupform.pdf. You'll also have to make a demand draft of an amount depending upon how old your marksheets are. You'll have to mail the form and your DD photocopy to your CBSE regional office.
